Dr. Deeva Bhatt

Dr. Deeva Bhatt is a Pediatric Dentist who previously resided in Florida for 20 years. She attended Nova Southeastern University for undergrad as well as for her Doctor of Dental Medicine Degree, where she simultaneously also obtained her Master’s in Public Health degree.

Dr. Bhatt completed her pediatric residency program in beautiful Naples Florida where she was chief resident.

Dr. Bhatt truly believes that all children deserve to have access to the highest dental care and deserve a kind, fun, stress-free environment. She loves interacting and laughing with her patients and parents. Her main goal is to create a comfortable, nurturing dental experience that keeps the patient excited to keep coming back.

When Dr. Bhatt isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, family and sweet cat Ashe. She loves being in the mountains and exploring all that Charlotte has to offer.

Dr. Bhatt is part of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, The American Association for Women Dentist, and the American Dental Association.

Dr. Chris

Dr. Chris grew up in Southern California, the son of a firefighter and elementary school teacher. He loved playing music and was even in a few rock bands in high school and college. After graduating high school, he served a 2-year church mission in South Korea. Upon his return he attended BYU-Idaho obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Emergency Services Administration. After graduating he married his sweetheart Summer and worked for 2 years as an EMT-Paramedic in Oklahoma City. Dr. Chris was on shift when the F-5 tornados hit Moore and El Reno Oklahoma in 2013. Dr. Chris was always passionate about medicine and helping others. He was even preparing to go back to school to become a nurse anesthetist when he had a filling fall out and he made a dental appointment that would change his life. During that dental appointment he asked his dentist, a family friend, why he chose dentistry. His answers peaked Dr. Chris’s interest and after additional research and shadowing, he decided to alter his career plans to pursue a career in dentistry. Dr. Chris attended Creighton University School of Dentistry, obtaining his Doctorate in Dental Surgery and graduating Magna Cum Laude with multiple honors. After dental school, he served as an Officer in The United States Air Force, where he completed his residency and served his fellow airmen and their families. During his training Dr. Chris served as chief resident. Upon completion of his military service Dr Chris and his family moved to North Carolina, the best state in the union, continuing his legacy of serving his community. Dr. Chris and his wife now have four beautiful children, 2 boys, 2 girls, and a dog that barks way too much.

Dr. Chris is passionate about pediatric dentistry. He believes all kids need is a little love, patience, and understanding to help them overcome any dental anxieties they might have. He also believes an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure and is focused on helping our young patients establish healthy dental habits that will serve them the rest of their lives. He loves seeing their little smiles every day and is excited to help your child get excited about their next dental visit.
